If you need space, we have multiple options at different price-points.

Room Rentals require that Food & Beverage be purchased from Chef Hamm, Inc.

No Outside Food or Beverages are permitted.

All rental Fees are based on a 3 hour usage.

Prices increase for additional time and for hours outside of our normal operating hours.
Our event spaces make for the perfect Sanford Wedding Venue, Ladies Luncheon, Retirement Party, Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, Rehearsal Dinner, Birthday - we've done them all. We have ample parking, restrooms on site, and many different room sizes to suit your needs.
