First let me start by saying - THANK YOU for opening such a great place in downtown Sanford! We frequently visit Cafe 121 and can't say we've had anything but a great experience there. The food is wonderful, the broccoli and cheese soup is to die for and my husband swears it's the best tuna salad he has eaten! Catering is a fast, great value and delicious...even my pickiest eaters loved it. I will definitely stay a regular and recommend using Cafe 121 for your next gathering.

For those of you that have not had the pleasure of Chef Hamm’s company, instruction or
tasty creations from the kitchen you are truly missing one of Sanford’s finest treasures.
If you have not taken a cooking class, it is very informative and he has a wonderful way of
making you feel comfortable in preparing a dish like a pro. At Café 121 you get to taste
many of the wonderful dishes he prepares on a daily basis. Also, his to go menu can really
help you out when you run out of time. In addition to his culinary skills he
is just a very fine person to know.

Cafe 121 is our favorite place to eat in Sanford. If you
eat there, you must have the chocolate pecan pie for dessert. Besides
the great pie and great food, you get to eat in a nice, relaxing environment
that helps you wind down from a busy day.

I have had the pleasure of using Chef Gregg Hamm's
culinary expertise on many occasions. Not only is he an outstanding
chef, but he is the consummate businessman. He truly
works to satisfy the customer and meet the customer's expectations
to ensure a successful event.
He has provided catering services for my class reunion twice (150 people). Chef Hamm has prepared a Thanksgiving dinner for my department at work for three years and has served a holiday dinner to my choir and their guests for several years. He has also provided boxed lunches for my department at work (40 people).
I also go by the cafe to purchase desserts when I am asked to bring something to a friend's house. His Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie is out of this world.
This year my family and I had Thanksgiving at Café 121. It was wonderful, just like I would have made at home, but better! My husband and I enjoy dining at Café 121. The atmosphere is relaxing, the food is always outstanding and the service can't be beat.
